The Six Blades of Kojiro will reward you with the Kensei Armor when you defeat the Kojiro boss at the end of the quest. The Kensei Armor comes with a 15% increase to Resolve gains, 15% increased damage from Ghost Weapons, and also causes enemies to deal 25% less damage, and take 25% more damage when you use this weapon.

How to complete Ghost of Tsushima Six Blades of Kojiro Mythic Tale

The first thing you need to do is to talk to the musician at the Lady’ Sanjo’s Bridge, which will be near the Umugi Cove. Your task is in this quest is to battle five Straw Hat assassins in Toyotama.

Depending on your gameplay, you might have fought one or the other Straw Hat assassin in this area. If you haven’t, you can track them down on the map, which will show you each of the duel locations. The locations are:

  • Duel in the Drowning Marsh
  • Duel under Autumn Leaves
  • Duel under Falling Water
  • Duel of Crashing Waves
  • Duel Among the Spider Lilies

After you have been to all the duel locations on the map and defeated all the 5 Straw Hat Assassins, you now have to return to Umugi Cove to talk to the musician. He will guide you to the sixth and final boss enemy in the Omi Monastery, just below Mount Omi. You will now be facing Kojiro, who is one of the toughest bosses in the game. Defeating Kojiro will reward you with the Kensei Armor, and also complete this quest.
