How to Start Crafting
In Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey, you will first need to condition your mind so that it comprehends crafting and in-return allows your body to craft certain items. To do so, your very first step is to unlock a node in the Evolutionary Upgrades path. The specific skill that you are looking forward to learning is called Motor Skills. However, it can be unlocked quite early in the game so you do not have to worry about waiting too long to craft something.
Now that you have unlocked this skill, you will be able to hold more than 1 items in your hands and even switch a single item between your hands and combine a couple of buttons to perform some additional movements on them. Let’s start with finding and picking up a stick. Find a stick and pick it up in your one hand. Now switch your hands and your other hand will be available to alter the item.
Consider if we are using an Xbox controller for playing the game, press and hold LB with the stick on your hand and a prompt will appear to press the RB button. Press it and keep holding it Do not release after pressing it. The command will appear once again and then you can release the RB button.
