In this Anthem Hidden Places Guide, we will show you where you can find all the hidden places in Anthem that are hidden from main story missions and need to be found on their own. Hidden places contain random loot and rewards that you can find within them, while some are filled with enemies, and others are totally empty.

During Freeplay in Anthem, you can explore Bastion to find that there are hidden places that are surprisingly only available during Freeplay mode. These locations are marked with an arc on the map, from which you can locate and find them.

Hidden places reward you will resources such as Chimeric Alloys, or treasure chests contain goodies. While some even have terminals to take you back outside.

Below we have located all the hidden place that you can find in Bastion, to explore and to collect rewards.

Before you set out to explore the Hidden Places, you should keep in mind that some of the hidden places have enemies inside them that you have to defeat in order to get to the loot.

Once you enter the area, an entire new area is loaded, where you, your friends or random squad mates can enter to explore and fight enemies and bosses. But as mentioned before, some hidden places are totally empty for you to explore.

Hidden Places Locations

Below are all the hidden places that you can find in Bastion. We have located 10 hidden places in the game.

Hidden Place # 1 – The Necropolis

This hidden place is a little west from the East Gate, where you will find a small cave entrance that takes you a large area filled with enemies.

Hidden Place # 2 – The Shrine

This hidden place can be found at the south east side of the map in the corner where you will surely find more Outlaws.

Hidden Place # 3 – The Mandible

This Hidden place is found inside a large Scar camp. it can be located on the west side of the Great Falls Canyon.

Hidden Place # 4 – The Hollow

This hidden place is inside a cave, which can be found on the other side of the cliff from The Mandible. The cave will take you deep underground and is filled with Outlaws.

Hidden Places # 5 – The Sovereign Mine

This hidden place can be found to the was of the Ruins of Shadowmark. Inside you will find many Dominion forces.

Hidden Place # 6 – The Dungeon

This hidden place can be found on the north west corner of your map, and is filled with enemies.

Hidden Place # 7 – The Foundry

This hidden place is also a part of Anthem’s final story mission that you can go to again in Freeplay. Either that or you can visit the area earlier than the mission to make your way to the Emerald Abyss.

Hidden Place # 8 – The Core

This hidden place can be found at the far east from the Ruins of Shadowmark, where it is hidden down a path behind a small mountain. There are many Scar enemies inside.

Hidden Place # 9 – The Haven

This hidden place can be found behind a waterfall in the Valley of Tarsis. The place will be a few scar enemies inside.

Hidden Place # 10 – The Vault

This hidden place is quite tricky to find, but it is located on top of the cliffs that are west of The Sovereign Mine.
