With the new Fjordur Expansion in Ark: Survival Evolved, players will now have new locations where they can find gems. Particularly, Red, Blue, and Green Gems, which are found all throughout the different caves on the new map. Ark Fjordur Gems Locations Guide
While both the Red and Blue Gems can be found in the same locations or the same cavern, whether it is underwater or on land, Green Gems will require you to dive deep underwater and head inside dark caves to get them.
Red and Blue Gems
Starting with the Red and Blue Gems, these can be found in a couple of locations in the new expansion map. The first place you can find these gems is inside a cave at [Lat: 56.7, Lon: 84.6]. This cave will have a handful of both Red and Blue gems scattered all around and in the cave. The cave isn’t too big and contains a few small enemies that shouldn’t trouble you too much. Explore the cave and harvest as many of these gems as you can take.
The second place to find red and blue gems is inside an underwater cave at this location [Lat: 86.3, Lon: 97.7]. As a reference, the location is close to a large tree and diving underwater will reveal to you the mouth of the cave. Here you will find plenty of Red and Blue gems. The Red gems might look purple to you, depending on the lighting of the cave, but they will in fact be red gems
If you are looking for more Blue gems, you can find them in a cave with flowing lava at [Lat: 82.9, Lon: 21.2], facing south.
Green Gems
Now for the Green gems, you can go to the underwater cave at the coordinates [Lat: 40.1, Lon: 31.0], where you not only have green gems inside, but also a lot of creatures that will not hesitate to attack you. This place is just west of the first Red and Blue gem location mentioned above, and it takes you on top of a lake with an underwater cave beneath it. Dive under the cave and you will find plenty of green gems you want.
