Finish Off Enemies

You get Gene Code from killing every enemy in the game. In earlier chapters, you fight and kill Chimera however at later chapters, you will come across humans and Raven soldiers. Every kill will guarantee a drop of Gene Code so you must try to kill each and every enemy that comes in your way. To make it even better, instead of just killing your enemies, you must finish them off properly.

When enough damage has been dealt to enemies, you will get a command prompt of Finish Off. When it happens, press the button and it will initialize a special kill that will result in more experience and ultimately more Gene Code dropped from the special kill. Make sure that you use this command as much as possible and finish off as many enemies as possible to earn as much Gene Code as possible.

Replay Completed Chapters

After you have completed a chapter, you must know that you can go back and replay the chapter again to get some more experience and Gene Code out of it. You will often become stuck in the game and your best bet would be to go back and explore the previously completed chapters again to level up and return to the point where you are stuck with better abilities and a higher level. Replay previous chapters as much as you like and kill as many enemies as you can to earn more Gene Code in your every run. You can replay a chapter by accessing your PC in the Neuron HQ.

Equip Gene Code Drop Boosting Abilities

You can also make your Gene Code Drops more efficient by equipping certain abilities that boost the Gene Code drops. With these abilities in place, every enemy killed will drop additional Gene Code that they will not drop otherwise. Make sure that you have at least one Gene Code boosting ability equipped at all times.
