Upgrading your Weapons and Legatus

In Astral Chain, you do not have to fight alone. You can also summon your legion with the help of your Legatus and how powerful they are, depend on the energy of your Legion in your Legatus. Along with your Legatus, your officer has three weapon modes for the X-Baton. Each mode offers a unique fighting style.

You can upgrade the power of your weapons along with the energy of your Legion which not only increases its energy but also the recharge rate which allows you to call in more Legion quickly. You must ensure that always upgrade both of these mechanics so that you are always ready to tackle any sort of combat scenario.

How to Upgrade

To upgrade your weapons and Legatus, you will need Material Codes and G. G is earned at the end of every chapter that you complete and selling Salvage also earns your G. It is the basic money of Astral Chain. On the other hand, Material Codes are earned by completing missions and looking in chests. They are also given to you as rewards for completing side quests.

Where to Upgrade

Once you have the required resources for the upgrades, make your way to the Neuron HQ and head to the floor B3. There you must speak with Tabitha inside the Tech Room. She will help you upgrade your weapons and Legatus in exchange for the resources required for every update. You can only purchase upgrades from Tabitha at the Neuron HQ or at the Secret Base which is unlocked as you progress in the main story of the game.
