Atlus Reveals New Persona RPG Called Persona 5 The Royal

After many rumors, speculations, and teases, Atlus has finally announced a new RPG called Persona 5 The Royal. The new RPG will be coming out on PS4 and judging by the trailer, the new game will feature a female lead character. This is the same title which was earlier teased as Persona 5 R and now we have a reveal trailer for it as well with a confirmed name.

Apart from the reveal trailer, not much information has been revealed about the title at this point. Atlus plans to host a special announcement event later called ‘Persona Super Live: P-Sound Street 2019: Welcome to No. Q Theatre’ concert which will take place on April 24, 2019. Fans who want to participate in the concert can purchase the tickets right now at the event’s official website.

The official Persona 5 website has also been updated to feature the newly announced title however it does not tell us anything new about the game at this point. It features the same announcement trailer that was in the official press release. You can check it out below.

Atlus will reveal more details about the title on April 24, 2019, during its announced concert. Earlier we also got a rumor about Persona 5 S coming to PS4 and Nintendo Switch. This is just a rumor but the rumor is well known for previous leaks to come true such as the Persona 5 R which he leaked and now we have a confirmed title. Looks like we still need to wait a little bit to see if Persona 5 S is indeed coming or not.

Coming back to Persona 5 The Royal, more information will be revealed about the title on April 24, 2019. The title will release exclusively on PS4.
