With the return of There be Giants and the Outlaw Outrage events into freeplay, two new additional events will premier as well. Details about the events have not been revealed so far, but are expected to be out soon.

In addition to the events in freeplay, there will be new Legendary Missions and new item rewards for completing contracts. Players will be able to access new cosmetics in the Elysian Stronghold caches as well. This will allow you to customize your Javelin’s appearance in many different ways.

In April, which will the second phase of content updates, Anthem will receive seven new freeplay events, more rewards and an expanded progression system. The second phase of Legendary missions is also expected during this month, and a new Stronghold that is named Sunken.

Lastly, in May, Anthem’s Cataclysm events will be head in as a “world-changing events” that will offer new enemy types with new stories.

All the while during the updates, BioWare also plans to improve the player experience by giving out updates that fix any kind of issues like bug fixes, improvements, optimization, daily/weekly/monthly challenges, rewards and cosmetics.

With BioWare’s roadmap for Anthem, and after the game was not that well received, getting mixed reviews. Hopefully, the developer can manage the storm with these updates in the upcoming months.

Many players are unhappy about the contents not being there in the first place. Anthem feels like an underwhelming experience especially after what was being showed in the trailers and gameplays before the launch.
