Freelancer Specialty
The Freelancer comes with the Stand Ground Specialty Ability which gives you a 50% chance of surviving with one HP when taking enough damage to be knocked out. However this ability does not trigger if the user already has 1 HP.
The All-Out-Assault Special ability that comes in this Job increases both your Physical and Magical Attack by 20% The condition for this ability is to use the attack command x13.
Freelancer Weapon Proficiency
Weapons in the Freelancer Jon don’t have the best stats regardless what type of weapon you use. Each weapon type sits at C, while shields are slightly better at B.

Reveal an Enemy’s HP, weaknesses and family.
Treat
Restore 20% of a target’s HP and 10% of their MP.

Divining Rod
Displays the number of unopened treasure chests on the area.

Forage
Search for items. The items found will depend on the user’s job level.
Dungeon Master
Nullifies all terrain-inflicted damage.
- Cost: 1 Slot
Lucky Charm
Increase a target’s luck for five turns.
- Cost: 15 MP
Self-Healing
Cure poison, blindness and silence when battle ends.
- Cost: 1 Slot
Purge
Remove Berserk, confusion, dread, charm and doom from a target.
Cost: 20 MP
JP Up
JP earned is increased by a multiple of 1.2

Square One
Remove various status effects from a target.
- Cost: 28 MP
