There are two Blueprint Parts that you can find for the Jet Accelerator. This is required to complete the crafting recipe for the item itself. Both the parts can be found out in the space where to obsolete engines can be found.
The first engine can be found hidden in between the purple gel that can be found all throughout the area. Use your vehicle and go to the purple gel, you will find an obsolete engine with a combustion system with the blueprint. Simply scan the combustion system to get your first blueprint part.
The second blueprint part can be found further in the destroyed sphere, you will find another obsolete engine ahead, marked with the orange light. Scan the combustion system again to get the second blueprint part for the Jet Accelerator.
