Merge Games has announced that its unique city-sim Buildings Have Feelings Too! is coming to digital stores next month and retail stores in May. The digital launch of Buildings Have Feelings Too! will see the game coming to PC via Steam, Nintendo eShop, Xbox Store, and PlayStation Store while the physical release is only slated for PS4 and Nintendo Switch.
Apart from a normal retail version, Buildings Have Feelings Too! is also getting a Signature Edition which is coming packed with all of the traditional goodies that you would normally expect from Merge Games’ Signature Editions. Pre-orders are now open for Buildings Have Feelings Too! Signature Editions and you can secure your version right now. It comes with the following goodies for you to collect:
Buildings Have Feelings Too! is a unique take on the classic city-sim as every building in Buildings Have Feelings Too! can walk and talk to each other. Each building in the game has its own aspirations, hopes, and fears as well. Your main goal here is to grow your city whilst making sure that individual buildings thrive, or risk them being demolished forever. As you progress in the game, you are able to research new industries and build new architectural marvels in your city.
While doing all of this, you also have to look out for world events as they might cause your buildings to fail and businesses to go bankrupt. You will need to find new ways to attend to your city’s needs such as refurbishing a building or moving them around to a much nicer part of the neighborhood. You will be able to expand your neighborhoods as well along with creating special hubs including finance hubs, theatre districts, and more. Additional city-sim mechanics such as electric supply, noise pollution, and transport are also part of the game.
Buildings Have Feelings Too! is launching both digitally and physically. The Signature Editions will set you back $44.99 for the PS4 release while the Nintendo Switch Signature Edition will set you back $49.99.
