CD Projekt RED has confirmed that they will attend E3 2019 and Cyberpunk 2077 will also be present at the event. This was announced by CD Projekt RED on the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account.

This gives us fresh hopes that we might actually get a release date for Cyberpunk 2077 at the E3 this year. Last year, CD Projekt RED unveiled their under-developed title properly and we actually got to see some gameplay.

Fans of the game were disappointed when the game was missing on The Game Awards later and hence had lost hope that the title might not be present at the E3 as well. However, CD Projekt RED has confirmed that they will not miss E3 2019 and Cyberpunk 2077 will be present at the event as well.

Check out their official tweet below.

We are really looking forward in seeing the title again this year and we are also looking forward to a release date reveal as well. CD Projekt RED has been working on the title since 2016. Some reports have indeed hinted at a late 2019 release for the title but nothing solid is currently known on the game’s release.

The developer has been awfully quite on the subject and they have simply announced that a release date will be revealed when they are well and ready to release the game. CD Project is surely taking their time in developing the game.

We just hope that all this work is worth the wait. CD Projekt RED has never failed to impress us with their solid titles. More development time means that they can easily iron out those last pesky bugs in the game.

Publically announcing a release date simply increases the pressure on the developers making them work frantically and in the end, the publishers are churning out buggy video games. It is always better to work on a title a little longer but eventually release a title that is stable and well made.
