Hyena Comms #1 – Pinata Party
This is located near the White House. Head to the main intersection of Alexander Hamilton PI NW, 15th street NW and Pennsylvania Avenue NW. Once you arrive at the intersection, if you look east you will find a school bus. Go to the school bus and look for a hot dog stand located on its left side. Right next to the hot dog stand, you will find the Hyena Comms.
Hyena Comms #2 – Runners
This Comms is located in Downtown East. Head to the intersection of 13th St NW and F St NW. Once there, start heading west where scaffolding is present. Get to its top using the red containing next to it and grab the Hyena Comms sitting up at the scaffolding.
Hyena Comms #3 – Missing Prisoners
This Comms is also located in Downtown East. Head to the intersection of 11th St NW and F St NW. Once there, start heading east which leads to the HxC store. Look in front of the HxC store and you will find the Hyena Comms sitting there. Grab it.
Hyena Comms #4 – First Council Meeting
This Comms can be found inside of the Navy Control Point which is at the intersection of D St NW and 8th St NW. Once you are inside, head into the door that is on the east side of the fountain. The item will be on the ground in the corridor.
Hyena Comms # 5 – Heavy Load
Head to the safehouse in Downtown and make your way northeast from there. When you reach the Water Resource Node, take the stairs and go up to find the Comm sitting on the platform. Pick it up.
Hyena Comms # 6 – Spice Instructions
In Judiciary Square, you will need to head to the second-top most block on the top-left section of the region. Here you will need to enter the alley which has a truck in it. Climb the truck to get access to the ladder leading to the roof and then reach the roof where the Comm is sitting next to a soft.
Hyena Comms # 7 – Special Shipment
In Downtown East, near the entrance of the stronghold, you will find a garage. Go inside this garage and you will find the Comm sitting inside.
Hyena Comms # 8 – Restructuring
In Judiciary Square, where you found the Hyena Comms # 6, this is the block under that one and this is an alley as well. Enter the alley where you will come to a locked fence. Get access to this fenced area by shooting the lock and pick up the Comm sitting inside.
Hyena Comms # 9 – Economics
In Downtown East, make your way to the central top area of the region where you will find a building that can be entered next to a vending machine. Get inside the building and pick up the Comm sitting on the floor.
Hyena Comms # 10 – Assets
To get this Comm, you will need to first complete Bank Headquarters so that you can decrypt. To find the Comm, head to the top-right section of Downtown West where you can enter an alley and find a truck in it. Climb the truck to reach the roof where the Comm is sitting.
