The pack is rumored to release somewhere in between November 8 to December 19 this year. The files reveal that the pack is internally named as ‘Season 6 Starter Kit’.
The Summit Starter Pack was initially discovered by dataminers who were going thorough the file details of recent released update 6.21.
The Summit Starter Pack is rumored to include 600 V-Bucks, an epic skin (Summit Striker) and top notch back bling.
The starter pack is just rumors for now until Epic Games announces it officially. We will suggest you to take this information as grain of salt, till the rumor is verified and official.

Currently, Fortnitemares, the limited timed Halloween event, has begun in Fortnite. The latest patch has officially kick started the event and players can now experience all new Halloween themed content in the game.
The limited timed event adds random monsters in the game for the first time in Fortnite’s history. These monsters will spawn from the Cube fragments spread across the island randomly and once killed, they will give the players a chance to get some really cool loot such as extra shields and weapons.
