There are nine different houses that you can purchase in Forza Horizon 4 including two big castles. Each house comes with a variety of goodies as well. Let us look at each of these houses in detail.
The Gables
This house is the first house that you will acquire in the game. It is given to you free of cost. It comes with the Drone Mode ability. You can use the Drone once you acquire this house.
Lake Lodge
Lake Lodge is given to you free of cost if you are a VIP member right at the start of the game or whenever you purchase the membership. However, if you are not a VIP member, then you can purchase this house for 5,000,00 CR. With this house purchased, you receive double Forzathon Points.
Croftdale Farm
The Croftdale Farm is available for 200,000 CR and it will come with a free Super Wheelspin and the Sheep horn.
Sunflower Meadows
The Sunflower Meadows house will set you back 200,000 CR and it comes with a free Super Wheelspin and Green Wellies.
Derwent Mansion
The Derwent Mansion is big mansion which will cost you 1,500,000 CR. It comes with 5 free Super Wheelspins and the Golden Tank Top.
Kingfisher Cottage
The Kingfisher Cottage will set you back 350,000 CR and it comes with a Wheelspin and Rubber Ducky Horn.
Castleview Road
Castleview Road house will cost you 750,000 CR and it does not come with any bonus rewards.
Bamburgh Castle
The Bamburgh Castle is the second most expensive property in the game. It costs 10,000,000 CR. It comes with a Barn Find Rumor for a very special car and rewards you with 10 Super Wheelspins.
Edinburgh Castle
Edinburgh Castle is the most expensive property in Forza Horizon 4. It costs 15,000,000 CR. It comes with 10 free Super Wheelspins and Alfa Romeo P3 in the garage.
Fairlawn Manor
This property costs 2,000,000. This beautiful mansion with a large garden and a fountain will unlock the ability to fast travel to anywhere on the map. It will also unlock the Silver Top Hat and will come with 10 Super Wheelspins.
Thatch Corner
This house costs 500,000 CR. It also comes with 2 Super Wheelspins and ‘Are We There Yet?’ chat phrase.
The Huntsman’s Lodge
This property costs 750,000 credits. Purchasing this house will unlock Skill Songs for you. You will be informed on your screen every time the DJ is about to play a Skill Song. This house also comes with three Super Wheelspins.
