Where to Find
After you have obtained the clue, you need to go to the main town center island of Mondstadt. Here you will find a building with eh blue rooftop that you have to climb all the way up.
From the rooftop, you have to jump and glide all the way to the windmill and grab to climb to the top. You can use the wooden platforms to stop by and regain your stamina, otherwise, you might have to start all over again if you fall down.
On top of this windmill, you will find a treasure that will bring out another riddle for you to solve. Before you head out to the new location, recruit Kaeya in your party. This will allow him to use ice on the stands when you reach the location. When you reach this second location, you will find another chest containing the last clue.
The last clue will be a map leading you directly to the Pirate Treasure. The treasure itself is in Lost Arcadia, where you need to go in and complete the dungeon and get the sword as a reward.
