Complete the Mythic Tale and you will have Gosaku’s Armor unlocked in your inventory. Now you can purchase Ocean’s Guardian dye too.

Ocean’s Guardian – Dye

Probably the easier part in the set is the Ocean’s Guardian dye. You can purchase it from different merchants around the game. For example, you can buy it from the one located at the Umugi Cove located on the left side of Lady Sanjo’s Bridge. However, you must know that it is locked initially and is only unlocked after you have unlocked the Gosaku’s Armor. This dye gives the armor its unique Sly Cooper Blue color.
