Keyblades are all unlocked after you complete a world with the game’s story progression. But there is a strong keyblade called Ultima that requires Sythesis to craft the keyblade.

Kingdom Key
This is the default keyblade that Sora get from the starting of the game. The Keyblade has 4 Strength and 3 Magic base stats. Its’s ability is Treasure Magnet and its Second Form is Formchange.
Hero’s Origin Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Olympus World of the game. the Keyblade has 5 Strength and 2 Magic base stats. It’s ability is Defender and its Second Form is Counter Shield Formchange.
Shooting Star Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Twilight Town world of the game. the keyblade has 3 Strength and 5 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Treasure Magnet, while its Second for is Double Arrowguns and the Third Form is Magic Launcher.
Favourite Deputy Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Toy Box world of the game. The keyblade has 6 Strength and 3 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Lucky Strike, while the Second Form is Hyper Hammer Formchange and the Third Form is Drill Punch Formchange.
Ever After Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Kingdom of Corona world of the game. The keyblade has 2 Strength and 7 Magic. The ability of the keyblade is Leaf Bracer, while the Second Form is Mirage Staff Formchange.
Happy Gear Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Monstropolis world of the game. The keyblade has 7 Strength and 3 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Focus Converter, while the Second Form is Agile Claws Formchange and the Third Form is Twin Yo-Yo’s Formchange.
Crystal Snow Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Arendelle world of the game. The keyblade has 4 Strength and 7 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Freeze Protection, while the Second Form is Blizzard Claws Formchange and the Third Form is Blizzard Blades Formchange.
Wheel of Fate Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the Caribbean world of the game. The keyblade has 8 Strength and 5 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Waterza, while the Second Form is Highwind Formchange and the Third Form is Strom Flag Formchange.
Nano Gear Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the San Fransokyo world of the game. The keyblade has 7 Strength and 5 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Stun Protection, while the Second Form is Nano Arms Formchange.
Hunny Spout Keyblade
This keyblade is given to you after you complete the 100 Acre Woods world of the game. The keyblade has 6 Strength and 5 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is Harvest, while the Second Form is Hunny Blasters Formchange and the Third Form is Hunny Launcher Formchange.
Starlight Keyblade
There are two ways you can get this keyblade. The first is by completing the Classic Kingdom game of the Kingdom Hearts Union Cross to access it as DLC, OR you can get it by defeating the Demon Wave with the help of the keyblades of fallen warriors in the Keyblade Graveyard World of the game.
The keyblade has 4 Strength and 4 Magic base stats. The ability of this keyblade is MP Haste, while the Second Form is S Formchange.
Ultima Weapon Keyblade

This keyblade is available for players on Xbox One exclusively on pre-order. The keyblade has 4 Strength and 4 Magic. It’s abilities are Thundaga and Thunder Up.
Dawn Til Dusk Keyblade
This keyblade is available for players who pre-order the game from Amazon. The keyblade has 4 Strength and 4 Magic. It’s abilities are Firaga and Fire Up.
