Everyone is Captured, Put in Prison
In this ending, everyone is put in prison for an unknown fate. This ending can be achieved when everyone in the group finds no plan for escape nor do they look into key places for survival items. This happens in the condition that Conrad does not escape with the fishermen boat, thus having no chance of returning with the coast guard, that nobody gets the radio to work, and the Distributor Cap is destroyed.
Finally, the group will just hand around clueless until the military arrives and puts them into prison.
The Military Kills Everyone
This is the worst ending for everyone and comes with almost the same conditions as the previous ending. However, in this ending, your group manages to get the radio working again, and reveal the name of the ship.
What the group of friends will think as their rescue will be their death. The Military will arrive and they shoot everyone multiple times with their weapons.
Everyone is Alive, Conrad Comes to The Rescue
There will come a part in the gameplay where Conrad will escape by using the boat of the fishermen. This is during the Kidnapped chapter in the first act. If you are looking to achieve this ending, let the Distributor Cap be destroyed in the later stages of the game.
In the final stages of the game, everyone will start to lose hope, but Conrad will return with the coast guard and will save everyone. This is really a good ending considering that all of the characters come out alive.
Everyone is Alive, Conrad Returns, Conrad Gets Trapped in Mansurian
A slightly different ending to the previous one, but the only difference is that the Distributor Cap is safe and you prevent it from being destroyed. This way, everyone can make their escape from the boat.
During the final stages of the game, you will see that Conrad will be returning back with the coast guard, but will fail to find any of his friend or sister. He will then he trapped in the influence of the Mansurian Gold, with his fate unknown.
Everyone Dies and Olson Becomes a Zombie
This is a weird ending in which everyone from the group is dead, but it is later revealed that Olson becomes a zombie with red glowing eyes. This happens when you manage to kill of everyone before you can get to the end of the story.
The zombie Olson is revealed in the post-game credits, after showing Danny trying to get the sledgehammer in the lower decks of the ship.
