Pictures Guide – Man of Medan

Below you will find how to find all 13 pictures in the game sorted according to the sequence in which they can be found while playing the main story of the game. The best way to find missing stories are after finishing the main story and then going back into the scenes using the Scene Selector tool.

High and Dry – White Picture

You will find this white picture during the chapter ‘Wreck’. During this chapter, while playing as Alex, you will be required to go down and check on Brad. While doing so, go down the stairs and immediately turn around and check the wall with the cabinets and the dishes rack above the fire hydrant. The picture will be on the wall.

Cut and Run – Black Picture

You will find it during the chapter ‘Uninvited Guests’. During this chapter, while you are in Brad’s room playing as Fliss, open the small locked door opposite to Brad’s room and find the picture on the right side.

Devil and the Deep – Black Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Dive’. When you get in control of Alex while exploring the B-29 wreck, do not follow Julia right away. Check in the right corner before the opening which proceeds the story further and you will find a picture sitting on the floor. Pick it up.

In the Offing – Black Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘An Escape’. While playing as Alex, you will meet up with Fliss at a certain point of the story. Julia will also be with you. When you arrive in the sleeping quarters of the crew, head to the backside of the room and you will find yet another picture here. You will instantly know about the sleeping quarters when you find yourself in a room full of beds.

Cut of Your Jib – Black Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Caskets’. While you are in the kitchen, playing as Alex, progress further and you will find yourself in the dining quarters. Near the counter on the left side of the room, check on the wall next to a notice board and you will find a picture.

Close Quarters – White Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Danny’. While playing as Fliss, Danny will escort you to a certain location. You will pass through the picture with Danny but Danny will not allow you to take the picture right away. When you are free to move around later, you can go back and pick it up in the same chapter.

Copper Bottom – White Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Finding Friends’. While playing as Brad in this chapter, you will come to a small opening where you will use a box to climb through. After you are inside the opening use the first door on the right side and you will arrive in the ship’s post office. Check the right side near the metal shelf to find the picture on the wall.

Keelhaul – White Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Ritual’. While playing as Fliss, enter the ballroom and check the right side of the curtains where there is an open door. Go through this door and you will find the paining inside on the wall.

Plain Sailing – White Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Glamor Girl’. While playing as Conrad, you will encounter a ghost before going up the stairs. Above, enter the door on the left side and you will come face to face with a big map. Make your way to the next room using the door on the right and you will arrive in the room where the picture is located. Check the right side at the back for this picture. It is right next to a light.

Loose Cannon – Black Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Distress Signal’. After arriving in the control room, go to the back of the room and check the left corner of the room for the picture. It is located on the right side of the door if you are heading there from the control panel.

Ship Shape

This picture can only be found in the Curator’s Cut mode during the chapter Glamor Girl. While Playing as Fliss, you will be searching for Conrad. When you reach the locked door on the left side of the hallway, ask Brad to open the door and you will find the picture inside it.

A Little Hope – Gold Picture

You will find this picture in the chapter ‘Olson’. In this chapter, Alex and Julia will go down to check for the generator while Brad will stay with Fliss. Afterward, when Brad is looking for others, you will arrive in another sleeping quarter. Check the walls in this room and you will find the picture easily.
