Battlegates are available to you after you complete the store. There are many of them in game that help you traverse around each world. Battlegates also come in different difficulty ratings, and completing them gives you various Synthesis Materials.

Battlegates are blue and spiky orbs that can easily be distinguished. Once you approach a Battlegate, accept the challenge that will start a fight with various enemies. In total there are 14 Battlegates in the game.

Kingdom Hearts 3 Battlegate Portals Locations Guide

Below we have listed all the locations of the Battlegates. Their difficulty level and what rewards you get from them.

Olympus Battlegate

This is the first Battlegate that you will find in the game. This Battlegate can be found at the summit fast travel point. Once you reach the summit, enter Realm of The Gods where you will see this giant blue orb in the courtyard.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with Fire Cufflinks and Secret Report #1.

Mount Olympus Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found through the large gate behind Zeus, near the Realm of The Gods. The Battlegate will be right in the middle of this area.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Cosmit Belt+ and Secret Report #2.

Twilight Town Battlegate

This Battlegate is in Twilight Town, towards the right of the Old Mansion fast travel point. When you turn right and exit the gate, the Battlegate will be right in front of you.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Evanescent Crystal and Secret Report #3.

Toy Box Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found near the Kid Korral in the Toy Box region. It will be right in front of the fast travel point of Kid Korral.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Megaelixir and Secret Report #4.

Galaxy Toys Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found near the entrance of Galaxy Toys fast travel point. Once you reach this location, turn around to see the blue orb by the door.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Thunder Cufflink and Secret Report #5.

Kingdom of Corona Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found at the Windflower Clearing fast travel point. Once you have reached this location, go towards the wetlands where you will see the a cliff with caves. Turn right from this point to see the Battlegate in the valley.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Illusory Crystal and Secret Report #6.

Forest Battlegate

The Battlegate can be found at the Tower fast travel point in Kingdom of Corona. Once you are there, go through the cave and the path to the right where you will find the Battlegate.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Aero Cufflink and Secret Report #7.

Mostropolis Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found at the Door fast travel point in the service area. Then you need to go outside of the power plant and follow the path until you find the silo. The Battlegate will be in the middle of the silo.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Illusory Crystal and Secret Report #8.

Arendelle Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found near the Gorge fast travel point. Once you reach this location, you will need to use the portal to get toe the Ice Labyrinth. Use the elevator behind it to go down to the middle level. Follow the path upward  until you are in a chamber with the Battlegate.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Evanescent Crystal and Secret Report #9.

The Caribbean Battlegate

To get to this Battlegate, go the Huddled Isles fast travel point in the Caribbean. Then you need to head towards the ship. And then fly until you reach the cave. The Battlegate is inside the cave.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Water Cufflink and Secret Report #10.

San Fransokyo Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found in the North District of San Fransokyo. Once you are at the fast travel point, climb the building to your northwest and use the rails to ride west where you will find the Battlegate at the entrance of a tunnel.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 2 Stars, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Yin-Yang Cufflink and Secret Report #11.

Central District Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found at the same North District of San Fransokyo. And then climb the building to the southwest. Get to the top of the building where the Battlegate will be a on the helipad.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a Blizzard Cufflink and Secret Report #12.

Keyblade Graveyard Battlegate

This Battlegate can be found at the Badlands fast travel point. Once you reach the area, turn around where the Battlegate will be right outside the cave.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 1 Star, and successfully completing the challenge will reward you with a  and Secret Report #13.

Badlands Battlegate

To get to this Battlegate, you need to go to the same Badlands fast travel point as above. From there, head north where you will find the Battlegate outside of another cave. It will be on the other side of the cave when you come out of the other end.

The difficulty level of this Battlegate is 3 Stars and you have to fight the Dark Inferno boss. Once you successfully complete the challenge, you will be rewarded with a Crystal Regalia, and new Photo Pose.
