Question Blocks can be found all throughout the world of Paper Mario: The Origami King. These special square-shaped boxes allow you to hit them to reveal the concealed items that they store. Each area of the game contains several of these Question Blocks that you can find. For example, the Red Streamer level alone contains 48 Question Blocks that you can go to.

Question Blocks usually contain Coins, weapons, or other items. If you are looking to farm Coins, Question Blocks can give you around 100 Coins when you hit them. Alternatively, Question Blocks also reward you with Weapons and other useful items that can aid you in the battle. Since weapons can break over time with use, you will need to find new ones as you continue the game. This is where Question Blocks can help you by providing a fresh weapon to start over with.

Once you find a Question Block during your adventure in Paper Mario, head on over and hit it until you see the rewards pop out from them.
