Pathfinder Wrath of The Righteous Beta

Owlcat Games has announced the Pathfinder Wrath of The Righteous beta is now available, while a combat trailer was also released. The beta is available to backers who contributed to the game’s Kickstarter or Slacker Backer campaigns in the relevant tiers.

The beta will contain the first four chapters that fans can play, with over 50 hours of quality content. The game can also be broadcasted to Twitch and YouTube while players enjoy the experience the gameplay offers.

But this isn’t the only trailer released by Owlcat Games, as it also unveiled the details on an interactive Choose Your Own story Community Quest with an opening animated video. The quest events are to be determined entirely by the community and set to begin on Twitch tomorrow at 2PM PST.

Any fans who backed the game have access to the beta with the game’s prologue and the first three chapters with all quests, all companion storylines, and some romantic options available as well. Currently, the fourth chapter is incomplete as side quests are missing and some draft assets are still in place. The beta also includes two combat modes for you to try: real-time with pause and turn-based, as in the Pathfinder: Kingmaker Definitive Edition.

You can also play through the Mythic progression system by choosing one of the six Mythic Paths: Angel, Azata, Lich, Demon, Aeon, and Trickster. Each path impacts the title’s main narrative in a unique way, though major developments will occur in later chapters. Mythic abilities like devastating spells and powerful buffs may be experimented with however fans wish. Players will be able to navigate through all the content with an up-to-date, redesigned UI.
