Owlcat Games along with META publishing have announced to launch the first story DLC for Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous on 15 February 2022. The DLC will be available as part of Seas Pass, as well as a standalone purchase on major digital stores.
The Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous The Inevitable Excess DLC will take you on new adventures that await just before the moment of your greatest triumph: victory over the Worldwound.
Players will step out of Golarian and use unparalleled mythic powers to defend the space-time continuum against imminent collapse.
The devs also shared an important update regarding the console release of Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, which has been moved to early fall 2022. The console version of the game was originally planned for a spring release, but the team has made a tough decision to push the launch date to deliver the best gaming experience on consoles, as well as solve any removing issues with the PC edition.
Embark on a journey to a realm overrun by demons in a new epic RPG from the creators of the critically acclaimed Pathfinder: Kingmaker. Explore the nature of good and evil, learn the true cost of power, and rise as a Mythic Hero capable of deeds beyond mortal expectations.
To battle against the demonic invasion, you will choose a mythic path which grants your character a unique set of skills as well as a distinct narrative arc, which will ultimately lead to your mythic transformation. You can either become a raging Demon, a powerful Lich, a cunning Trickster, an otherworldly Aeon, a rebellious Azata, a wise Gold Dragon, an insatiable Swarm That Walks, or stay a mortal that intends to become a living legend.
With the mythic transformation, your character can increase the rank of their chosen path to earn new skills and abilities, while also having great impact on the world around them that includes Drezen, the biggest fortress in the game.
