Invoices are actually dug in the ground and need to be first located with a telescope that overlooks their exact locations. When talking about locating Invoices, you first have to find the telescopes that will subsequently reveal the exact location of the Invoices. You then have to head to the location marked with the telescope and come to find some dirt on the ground that will give you rewards after you dig in it.

Below we have detailed all the locations of the Invoices in the game.
Invoice Location #1
Go to the location marked as number 1 in the map we have provided above. This will take you to a pier that will overlook a waterfall. There is a telescope here that will reveal the golden beacon, highlighting the invoice. Now go around to this location and locate the dirt that you have to dig for the rewards.
Invoice Location #2
Go to the second marked location, as mentioned in the image of the map. This will take you to a house with a wooden platform built upon it. Climb the top and you will find a telescope. This will reveal the Invoice location that you have to go and dig up for the rewards.
Invoice Location #3
Go to the third marked location on the map. This will take you to the race track, but you have to go to the red and green train carts. A telescope will be on top of the red train cart. Interact with it, and you will get the location of the Invoice. Go straight to this location to dig up the reward.
Invoice Location #4
Go to the fourth location marked on the map, which is close to the previous location. The telescope will be on a roof of a building that is near the revolving yellow taco sign. Look into the telescope and you will find the next highlighted location of the Invoice that you have to dig up for the reward.
Invoice Location #5
Now head to the fifth marked spot as shown on the map above. This will be all the way to the east side of the map. This will take you to a large wooded area with the white lighthouse and with the hut or shacks. The telescope will be near one of the edge of the platform overlooking the beach. After that, all you have to do is go tot eh highlighted location, find the dirt on the ground and get your reward.
Invoice Location #6
For the last Invoice, you need to go to the sixth marked spot as seen on the map above. Go to this location and you will find the telescope in the cave area that takes you to the old ruins, with the large pool of water. The telescope will be right at the entrance overlooking the pool. When the invoice is highlighted, take the path on the left until you reach the location where you can dig up for the rewards.
