How to Catch Regice
The first thing you need to do in order to catch a Regice is to go to the Snowslide Slope and to the Regice Ruins. A hint here will require you to have a living crystal of snow, which means you need a Cryogonal Pokémon that accompanies you.
The Temple door will open up when you have Cryogonal with you, and a small puzzle where you have to step on glowing tiles will begin. Step on each tile and then move to the main statue to interact with it.
How to Catch Registeel
To catch the Registeel, you first have to go to the Registeel Ruins, which will be near Freezington. You might think that in order to open the door you have to bring a special Pokémon, but that is not the case.
All you have to do is stand near the door and whistle. This will open the door and like the previous puzzle to get Regice, you just have to walk over the tiles to make them glow and then talk to the statue.
How to Catch Regirock
To catch a Regirock, you have to go to the Regirock Ruins found just a little northeast from the Dyna Tree Hill. Just like any other ruin, you have to complete a small requirement to open the door of the ruins and head inside to get the Pokémon.
The requirement here is to get an Everstone and give it to the first Pokémon in your party. Once you have the Pokémon ready, head inside and complete the puzzle by walking over each tile so that it glows.
