The Ryno 8 can be obtained after you have collected all the Spybot collectibles. In total there are 10 Spybots scattered all around the various levels of the game. This will take some time as you progress in the story and complete all the story levels and locate each of them.
As a collectible, Spybots can at times be in plain sight, but other times will be hidden and can be easily missed or overlooked. However, once you have all 10 of the Spybots, you can now unlock the Ryno 8 and use it on enemies.
