Snow Off-roading Simulation Game SnowRunner Mac Release Announced for Later This Year

Publisher Saber Interactive has announced that its snow off-roading simulation game SnowRunner is coming to Mac via the Mac App Store, Steam, and the Epic Games Store later this year. For its Mac release, the game will also support full crossplay with consoles and PC along with controller support. The Mac release of SnowRunner will also feature all vehicles and features previously available in the normal PC and console release.

To celebrate the Mac launch, Saber Interactive has shared a new trailer for the game as well. Check it out below before we jump into additional details:

SnowRunner features 40 authentic branded vehicles from real-world makers like Ford, Chevrolet, and Freightliner which will help you trek across untamed mud, torrential waters, snow, and frozen lakes. You will also get to expand and customize your fleet with different realistic upgrades and accessories such as a snorkel for heavy waters, chain tires to battle treacherous snow, and much more. The game will throw the toughest contracts your way and you will be able to complete them on your own or with up to four other players in co-op. The game also supports community-created mods.

SnowRunner is launching on the Apple silicon Mac lineup later this year and currently, it is available on Windows PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Apart from the base game, Mac users will be able to purchase all previously released DLC, along with the Premium Edition and Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 Passes separately. A confirmed release date will be announced at a later date along with additional information.
