Golden Underpants 1
The first Golden Underpants can be found right on the top of Squidward’s house. However, to reach the roof, you first need to go to the outside from the house, and towards the Tikis. Jump and smash them to reveal a button on the ground.
This will cause the platform to descend from the top of Squidward’s House to the building with the arrow. Jump on the platform, head up, and collect the first Golden Underpants.
Golden Underpants 2
Before you head out to get this pair of Golden Underpants, make sure you have at least 15 Golden Spatulas. From there, head to the police station in Bikini Bottom. You will find a button next to the police station that you need to stand on, as this will open the cage ahead.
Staying in the same spot, hit the item inside the cage with the Bubbling Blowing ability and this will drop a jump pad from the sky. Jump on it to access the roof of the police station and collect your Golden Underpants.
Golden Underpants 3
The final pair of Golden Underpants can again be found in Bikini Bottom, but this time it will be near the Krusty Krab. First, make sure you have at least 40 Golden Spatulas collected. From then you will find the Krusty Krab sign, which is in a pink shell, containing the Golden Underpants.
To get to it, you need to use the Cruise Bubble ability to press the buttons right next to Chum Bucket. This will drop a jump pad that you can use to jump on the Krusty Krab shell sign to get the Golden Underpants.
