Stardew Valley creator has just teased the new update for the game that will bring in new end-game content to the popular game. The update is currently in development, which is why there is no release date regarding Update v1.5. Before we jump into the update details, make sure that you check out what the Favourite Thing in the Stardew Valley is all about.
Game creator Eric Barone teased the new update information by mentioning a few things that you can expect in it. Starting from Willy’s shop which might be featuring a few things in the future. Barone finishes the short tweet by saying that the update will add a significant new piece of end-game content among many other things.
Stardew Valley 1.5 update… notice anything new in Willy's shop? Progress on the update is coming along steadily. It's still in a "nose to the grindstone" phase, but some good milestones have been met. This update adds a significant new piece of end-game content and much more! pic.twitter.com/FmjgDJnqYO

Since this was just a teaser by the creator, we don’t really have any other information nor can we confirm any speculations that rise from the tweet. The only thing we know for sure that is coming in the new update is the banana trees. This was the most voted item that the community voted to see in the game.
The last big update the game got was back in November of last year, where update v1.4 saw the addition of a new farm map, more multiplayer options, and separate bank accounts along with other additions. This saw the removal of shared bank accounts that players were calling to be replaced with a separate bank account. The update also added various quality of life features, like paying Marlon to recover lost items when players die in the mines.
Update v1.4 was announced back in April of 2019 and released in November of the same year. If the developers follow the same trend, we might have to wait a few months for the update to roll out in the game. Another strong indication that supports this statement is the fact that the update is still in the works. So sit tight and wait for any new details that might emerge in the coming months.
