The Division 2 Public Test Server Arriving Before Next Major Update

Division 2 Raid DPS Build

Ubisoft has announced that it is launching a Public Test Server for The Division 2 and it will be launched before The Division 2’s next major update. The next major update is planned to be the biggest update for the title so far and it is planned to arrive at the end of this month.

The launch of Public Test Server was confirmed by the developer of the title during their State of the Game livestream which took place yesterday and the developers shared a lot of updates regarding The Division 2 and the future plans for the title. The Public Test Server will be available on PC only just like the original The Division.

The next big update for The Division 2 is called Title Update 3 and it will bring the first raid for The Division 2 called Dark Hours. According to the livestream, the test server might be arriving before the raid however the raid will not be part of the test server. Dark Hours is the first eight-player raid to ever arrive in The Division 2.

Recently, Ubisoft released another meaty update Invasion: Battle for D.C. for The Division 2 which introduced some new content, fixes including a brand new stronghold Tidal Basin. The next update will be even bigger as it will bring with it more fixes and more content for players to play, further increasing the end game aspect of The Division 2.

You can check out yesterday’s The Division 2 State of the Game livestream below for more details on what is coming to the game in the coming days.

Coming back to the Public Test Server, the server is planned to come out next week however an exact date is still not known. The server will be available as a separate client and all players who own The Division 2 will have access to the title. The confirmed release date will be announced later. Last week, The Division 2 also managed to climb to the top of UK sales charts again.

The Division 2 is now out on PC, Xbox One and PC.
