Below we have detailed how you can defeat DDP-52 Razorback in the third encounter of the Operation Dark Hours raid.

How to Defeat DDP-52 Razorback

In the final encounter of Operation Dark Hours, players have to go to the airfield to fight the final boss. Razorback is actually a large black truck that is in the middle of this airfield, surrounded by four generators that your team needs to capture.

Your objective in this fight is to destroy the Razorback’s multiple parts to ultimately expose the batteries. But before you can start, it’s best to divide your team into two groups of four players.

When you are ready, 4 members have to enter the generator capture zones at the same time. This will bring out enemies, which the other players can take out and tank most the damage incoming towards the players at the generators. A few good weapon talents to have around are Sadist which deals 10% weapon damage to bleeding enemies, Strained and Accurate.

Once the zones have been captured, the Razorback will open its doors to let out several drones in the air. When this happens, you will see two glowing red vents. One will be at the back and one in the front. You need to shoot these as quickly as possible. These will explode and then open vents that you need to attack with regular grenades.

You will know that you have successfully done this when the red vent starts glowing green. Meanwhile, the generator players should remain near the generator circles throughout this process.

The fight can be overwhelming especially if all of the players are focusing on the Razorback and not the adds that come in from all sides. Some players will need to take care of clearing the adds, while the rest can work on the Razorback.

Once the Razorback has fully extended, which means its battery part sticks straight up, the team can move wherever they like again. Now players will have to look for two wings at the base of the battery tower, and destroy them.

Once the wings have been destroyed, the circuitry points will appear at the top of the tower. Take down the circuitry points to expose that section’s battery point.

Your team will only be able to destroy one battery at a time out of the four batteries in total. At this point, the tower will descend and the four generators will need to be charged again to start the exposure wing process again.

All the while, Razorback will be dishing out drones towards your team and yourself, while also launching rockers at the teach each time the tower collapses. When this is about to happen, the ground will turn red, and you have to make sure you get out of the red circle.

That is not the only worry you will have in the fight, there is also a team wipe mechanic to worry about. Heavy minigun units will also spawn during the fight and rush the SAM on each corner of the area. The will start activating the emplacements, which will sound off al alarm. You need to kill the gunners before they activate the SAMs. If any of them manage to trigger, your team will instantly die.

When the Razorback’s health is all gone, you have to go to the SAM sites to destroy the handprint scanners. Once you have destroyed all 4 SAMs, you will have completed Operation Dark Hours raid in The Division 2.

You will get the following rewards by beating the Razorback:
