If you are familiar with Funko POP! Vinyl figures that chances are that you might know about the TUBBZ lineup of Cosplaying Ducks by Numskull Designs as well. We recently heard about the TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks so we reached out to Numskull Designs and luckily, they sent us two of their brand new Doom Eternal TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks in the form of a brilliant Quack Pack as review samples. This is our unboxing and review of Doom Eternal TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks.
If you do not know about TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks than these are special collectibles made by Numskull Designs that are themed on different franchises such as Doom, God of War, Borderlands, Fallout and much more. The review samples that we received are from their latest Doom Eternal Lineup. Let’s check them out.
Unboxing the Quack Pack
Normally, the ducks come in the plastic casing which looks like tubs however we received a special Quack Pack which came with two Doom Eternal TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks. We received Marauder and Doom Slayer. Numskull Designs also included a TUBBZ USB along with a TUBBZ sticker. You can check out the pictures and the unboxing video below.
The ducks themselves are made from rubber so you can expect that they are pretty tough and if they fall down, you do not have to worry about anything. They come packaged in a very cool tub box in which you can display them on your shelf. Some of the ducks also come with accessories such as weapons as well. The Marauder duck that we received came with an axe which was separate and had to be attached with the duck for displaying it.
If you collect Funko POP! Figures than I can easily say that these TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks are much bigger than the POP! Figures. The tub is also of great quality and when you actually hold the duck in your hand, it does not feel cheap at all. Numskull Designs has not compromised on any feature when it comes to the manufacturing of these cool cosplaying ducks. The colors are brilliant and the small features here and there on the duck look brilliant. If you have some little kids around, you can get them these ducks for their showers as they would love to have their favorite character brought to life in the form of a cool, little duck.
Each case comes with the theme of the franchise from which they are from. For example, the ones we received are from Doom Eternal so the casing was black. If you head over to the website of the Numskull Designs website, you can see that the Crash Bandicoot one comes with an orange tub where Fallout one comes with a dark green tub and it goes on. This further enhances the overall look of the main cosplaying duck as each tub represents the theme of the characters that the ducks are cosplaying.
We really liked our Quack Pack from Numskull Designs and our Doom Eternal TUBBZ Cosplaying Ducks have found a new home on the shelf of our office.
