After hosting the very first global beta for Warhaven, developer and publisher Nexon has shared the preliminary results of the test. Overall, Nexon is really happy with the user feedback it received from the community during the global beta of Warhaven. The initial results are pretty satisfying for the developer, and they will be using the collected feedback in order to further improve Warhaven and polish the game for its full release.
If you missed the global test for Warhaven, Nexon held the test last month which started on October 12 and concluded on November 2, 2022. During the period, fans as well as global media praised Warhaven. All of this feedback was collected from the community during the test. Some of the interesting numbers and figures of the test are:
- Warhaven streams over on Twitch during the beta period yielded over 350K hours of content watched and over 1M views on YouTube
- Over 27K peak concurrent viewers during the beta period on Twitch
- Graphic quality and gameplay systems for large-scale encounters were the main aspects praised by the community in large
- North American and European players in particular pointed out the cooperative nature of the game, highlighting the strategic elements of squad play
- 90% of survey participants would recommend Warhaven to friends and acquaintances
Nexon has emphasized that the positive response of the community has made the developer, even more, intent on polishing the game even further and addressing the player feedback received during the beta. The development team is already working on balancing and performance of the game along with the inclusion of more intuitive tutorials in the game. Eunseok Yi, director at Nexon commented:
Many global users enjoyed ‘WARHAVEN’ in this test and we were able to get meaningful feedback. We will make ‘WARHAVEN’ more fun and more complete based on the test results.
Warhaven will release on PC via Steam however there is no word at this point about a potential release date. For the time being, you can head over to the Steam page of Warhaven and add the game to your wishlist.
