There are five unique types of collectibles in Zombie Army 4: Dead War. You can collect Documents and Comic Pages as well as Upgrade Kits. Apart from these, you will often find rogue Zombie Hands running around which can only be collected by shooting them. The final collectible in the game is Heroic Acts. These are special situations in the game where you will be required to assist and save survivors. You must save the survivors in order to collect this collectible type.

Collectible # 1 – Document
When you begin the chapter, get the document from the door that is across from the objective door. Enter it and collect the document.
Collectible #2 – Heroic Act
When you exit the Safe Room, you will see an NPC on the ledge that is being attacked by zombies. Shoot at them and do not let him die in the hands of the zombies.
Collectible #3 – Zombie Hand
When you enter the tank and are tasked with destroying the hearts inside, head towards the staircase and head upstairs. You will notice a zombie hand on the railing ahead.
Collectible #4 – Comic
When you enter the sewers in this mission, head on straight until you reach the dark the tunnel under the stairs leading to the exit. The comic will be inside this dark tunnel filled with the pool of blood.
Collectible #5 – Upgrade Kit
From the last location, head out of the tunnel, and enter the tunnel to the right. You will then come across a little area with a ladder leading up. Climb this ladder and go to the area to get the Upgrade Kit.
