Bonus Character Unlocks
Mortal Kombat 11 comes with two bonus characters, Shao Kahn and Frost. Shao Kahn is a pre-order special character while Frost must be unlocked by choosing certain options in the main story mode of Mortal Kombat 11.
Shao Kahn
To unlock Shao Kahn, simply use the code that came with your physical copy on the store of your platform to download him. Digital purchases will download Shao Kahn automatically.
Frost
To unlock Frost, you must play the main story until you reach Chapter 4. In this chapter, you must choose all options as Sub-Zero. While playing the story, you will be required to choose between Scorpion or Sub-Zero.
Simply choose Sub-Zero in all four scenarios and you will unlock Frost at the end of Chapter 4. You can replay Chapter 4 anytime so you can go back and unlock frost again anytime if you missed her the first time.
