With only a few days left for the release of Days Gone, a new gameplay trailer was just shown by Sony Entertainment Interactive and Bend Studio. The game is finally going to release this week on April 26, after a couple of delays.
The new trailer shows a little gameplay of the inhospitable world that the players will get to explore and experience. It shows what Bend Studio’s has in store for us in the zombies filled world where you will have to survive.
Check out the gameplay trailer of Days Gone below:
The trailer is quite short, and though it does not feature a lot of gameplay, it still shows what the aspects of the game would be like. Players will have to survive armed with whatever they can come across along their way, fight zombies and escape any threats they encounter. From riding your motorcycle to fighting freakers among other things, you would also be able to customize your motorcycle to improve its performance.
The game is set in the beautiful, volcanic scarred high-desert of the Pacific Northwest. It is an open world action adventure game where you play as Deacon St. John, a Drifter and bounty hunter who would rather risk the dangers of the broken road than live in one of the “safe” wilderness encampments.
What makes Days Gone appealing is that its protagonist is just your ordinary guy that seems to have gotten into more trouble than he deserved. He is not a superhero and cant spring up walls and slide down ladders. But he can ride a bike, and is pretty good at it. As a player, you will see to it to make him get better in survival and also riding the bike to traverse through treacherous paths.
Days Gone is releasing exclusively for the PlayStation 4 on April 26. What do you think of the gameplay trailer of the game? Post your comments below.
