The collectibles are in sequence when you spawn to the Mystic Gate after the main story finishes.

Foothills Collectible # 1 – Shop

You will come across this shop while playing the game so it cannot be missed.

Foothills Collectible # 2 – Nornir Chest

Cross the shop and go towards the hill located in front. There will be a side path going up on the right side. You will find the chest at the end of this path. To open it, hit the three signposts to show the right signs. The first signpost is right above the chest. Keep hitting it until it shows ‘E’. For the next signpost, head back on the path and find it at the bottom of the hill.

Hit it until it shows a ‘B’ facing the left side. For the last signpost, go straight following the curve of the hill and you will come to some poison mist. Throw your axe to freeze and reveal the sign. You will have to recall the axe to rotate the signpost. Hit the poison mist to confirm. Once it is right, head back and open the chest.

Foothills Collectible # 3 Legendary Chest

Get back on the path and continue moving towards the Mountain. When you reach the area where there is some poison gas, use your axe to freeze it. You will find some Hel Wind holders along the path as well. Use your Blades of Chaos to take it to the next holder and continue doing so until you reach the final chest door. Open it with the Winds of Hel and claim your reward.

Foothills Collectible # 4 – Hidden Chamber

From the location of the last Legendary Chest, follow the side path and you will arrive at the Hidden Chamber.

Foothills Collectible # 5 – Raven

This is located inside the Hidden Chamber right above the Hidden Chamber’s Mystic gate. To look at it, you must turn away from the Mystic Gateway and face the path where you came from.

Foothills Collectible # 6 – Mystic Gateway

This is also located inside the Hidden Chamber. Where you killed the last raven.

Foothills Collectible # 7 – Legendary Chest

Head back outside and take the main path to the mountain. When you reach the area where you fought your first Ogre, you will see some poison clouds on the left side. There is also an explosive pot near it. Hit the pot with your axe to blow up one of the poison cloud generators. Now freeze the other one and open the Legendary Chest.

Foothills Collectible # 8 – Raven

You will find the last Raven and collectible of this location sitting on the cable car station. Hit it with your axe to complete it.
