Creepy Jar released the 1.0 version of Green Hell a month ago and it was greatly received by the gaming community across the world. Now, after a month since its release, the developer Creepy Jar has announced the 2020 roadmap for Green Hell and it seems like Green Hell is heading consoles next year and a co-op mode will also arrive in the game allowing players to survive the Amazonian hell with their friends.
The future plans for Green Hell also include updates for plant cultivation and expanded shelter. The most wanted feature by the community of Green Hell at this point in co-op and they will be glad to know that co-op is arriving in the game late 2019. It might get pushed into 2020 but the initial plans for the release are slated for 2019. Creepy Jar wants to take as much time as possible to ensure that the update is perfect.
Apart from the co-op, Creepy Jar is also planning to release Green Hell for PS4 and Xbox One in 2020. More details on the console release will be shared at a later stage. Main features planned for Green Hell in late 2019 and 2020 include:
- Plant Cultivation – Plant, grow and collect from your own cultivated gardens.
- Expanded Shelters – Expand your camp shelter with additional floors.
- Co-op Mode – Survive in the Amazon together with up to 4 players in our most requested feature, co-op mode.
- Content Update – New playable content… it’s a surprise!
- Console Versions – Green Hell will be making its way to both Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stay tuned for more details in the future!
