In addition, we have also highlighted more ways you can be effective in using Energy.

Below we have detailed how you can consume energy and what items you can use to give you buffs that increase energy.

Combat

Every attacking move that you perform will consume your energy. Getting hit by the opponents in return will also take away a chunk of your energy. There are two spices you can use to counter this. In order to save energy when attacking, you can consume Chili Flakes. On the other hand, if you want less energy to deplete when getting hit by the enemy, then you need to eat the Black Pepper spice.

Movement

Simple actions like walking and running consume your character’s energy. Walking is, of course, less energy-consuming, but will not get you from point A to point B very quickly. In order to decrease the energy spent when walking or running, you can eat foods that are cooked with Ginger Root.

Fishing

This is another activity that is one of the most important but also costs you Energy. While you can consume the Cane Sugar to decrease the amount of energy spent during fishing, it is advised that you reel in fishes in small strong pulls rather than pulling and reeling them all at once. Reeling them in one go with consuming your energy must faster.

Farming

Another vital activity in the game that gives you food items in return. You can use Allspice Powder in your food to decrease the energy spent during farming. However, you can also be efficient by using the bucket instead of the shovel, as it consumes lower energy than the shovel.

Rowing

When you are out to explore the islands of the game, you will require a boat that you need to row. Rowing will consume your energy, but it can be slowed down if you eat Fresh Thyme. Another trick to consuming less energy when rowing straight in the direction you want to go. You also have to keep away from the land as this will slow down the speed of your boat, requiring more rowing.
