Sony is giving out a free dynamic theme of The Last of Us Part 2, while Naughty Dog has confirmed that The Last of Us Part 2 Ellie Edition is coming back. Having previously sold out in September, you can get your hands on the restocked Ellie Edition by pre-ordering when it starts on February 13.
The restocked Ellie Edition contains all the contents that were found in the previous edition, but with the addition of a full-scale and fully functional replica of Ellie’s backpack, an embroidered patch, and a 7” vinyl single featuring music from the game.
We’re delighted to let you know the Ellie Edition will be back and available for pre-order in limited quantities (available at select retailers across US and Canada only) starting Thursday, February 13, at 6:00 am PST at Amazon, Best Buy, GameStop, Walmart.com, Target, and in Canada exclusively at EB Games for $229.99 USD / $299.99 CAD MSRP.
On the other hand, you can claim the free dynamic theme on the PlayStation 4 right now. The new dynamic system theme for the PS4 transitions from day to night based on your PS4 system clock. Naughty Dog also provided the download codes for the theme that you can find below:

The blog post also talks about the hands-on demo that will be featuring at this month’s PAX East event.
From February 27 until March 1, attendees will have an opportunity to play “Patrol,” featuring an early area of the game where Ellie and Dina must venture out of Jackson into the surrounding areas to clear out infected. The demo will span an hour of gameplay and provide just a small glimpse into what awaits you in the full game.
Lastly, Naughty Dog has partnered with Dark Horse again to release a brand new 8” Ellie with Machete statuette. The statue will be a limited production run based on the number of pre-orders received before March 13, 2020. If you are interested in getting it, make sure you do that before the date passes or it will be gone for good.
