How to Get Void Egg
Void Eggs are rare items that can only be bought by another rare currency called Quicksilver. In total, you need 3,200 Quicksilver to purchase one Void Egg. The game offers you 250 Quicksilver per day upon completion of quests that you can access from the Nexus in the Space Anomaly.
Since you can only get 250 Quicksilver per day, this means that it will take some time to save up for your first Void Egg. In total, you need 13 days to bring up the total of Quicksilver to 3,200 as the game has set a cap of 250 Quicksilver a day.
Once you do have enough Quicksilver to purchase a Void Egg, head over to the Quicksilver vendor who will be close to the Nexus. Trade in the Quicksilver for a Void Egg as this will bring you closer to getting your own Living Ship in the game.
This is the only way you can quickly get a Void Egg, as it is more of a waiting game rather than grinding to get enough Quicksilver. There are additional quests and special events that also hand out Quicksilver, but the Nexus is the only way you can get 250 Quicksilver.

I was in the nexus and a random player gifted me a void egg buy Ive warped multiple times and the quest wont begin.
Don’t warp, just pulse jump for about 10 seconds. The egg will start the quest, but you’ll need about 5 days to complete it.
