Dead Space PlayStation 5

Co-writer of Dead Space has hinted that a new game will be revealed tomorrow over at Sony’s PlayStation 5 console event. Anthony Johnston, who is the writer of the game, hinted on the video game that he has been working on for almost 2 years. He ends the tweet by saying that people should want the PS5 event tomorrow, hinting the game announcement.

While it may not be anything concrete to suggest that it is about Dead Space when asked about more details, Johnston hints by saying that “you play as a character having a really bad time.”

As some of you know, I’ve been working on a big videogame for almost 2 years now.

In totally unrelated news, you should all watch the PS5 launch event on Thursday.

All speculations aside, we are just a day away from Sony and its PlayStation 5 console event on June 11. The event will announce many titles for the next-gen console, and might even have a new Dead Space title announcement waiting for us. On the other hand, there are many great titles rumored to be revealed at the event, including the Call of Duty 2020 game that is themed on the Cold War.

If not Dead Space, it can be any of the other titles Johnston has previously worked on. This includes ZombiU, Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor. He has worked on the original Dead space game that was released back in 2008. He again wrote for more titles in the series, including Dead Space 3, Dead Space: Extraction, and Dead Space: Ignition.

For any more information, we will have to wait for tomorrow’s event which will kick-off at 1pm PST in a live stream hosted by Sony. Set up your reminders for the many new games that are going to be announced and revealed.
