Wreckfest developer Bugbear Entertainment and THQ Nordic have released the brand new DLC pack for the game along with a major update for the game. The new DLC is called the Banger Racing Car Pack and it is the sixth and the final DLC in the Wreckfest Season One whereas the free Banger Bash update adds two brand new tracks to the game along with a new July 2020 tournament, unique reward car and brand new challenges.
The Banger Racing Car Pack is now available for all platforms for just $3.99 and is also the part of the season pass. It adds three brand new cars to the game:
- Sweeper: This midsize racer is a perfect blend of agility, speed, and toughness – a great all-rounder for every type of race.
- Hearse: This banger racing classic excels at derbies since it can both give and take serious punishment.
- Stock Car: A versatile little rocket that feels right at home on every oval and Figure 8 track!
All three of these cars are part of the new DLC and you can download the DLC right now and jump right in them. This final DLC pack concludes the first season of Wreckfest and since the release of the game, players have managed to add 20 new cars along with 20 new roof decorations to their library as part of the Season 1 post-release content.
The free Banger Bash Update is also now live for all players which follows the first major update of Wreckfest. The Banger Bash content adds two brand new tracks Kingston Raceway and Mudford Motorpark tracks with various variations to the game. Many new challenges are also now live in the game along with a brand new Tournament which will allow players to add a brand new car to their garage as well.
