Anzu and Axis Games have announced an exclusivity deal for in-game ads for their latest mobile video game Axis Football League. Axis Games is an indie game developer and with the help of this new partnership with Anzu, Axis Football League will be able to blend Anzu’s in-game ads into itself and present ads in a more effective manner to its audience. The in-game ads will eventually make their way to PC and console versions of Axis Games’ releases as well.
Axis Games is well-known for its Axis Football franchise and we also reviewed their latest release Axis Football 19 last year in which we gave the game a high rating of 8/10. The franchise is well-known for creating titles that include a highly-detailed franchise mode that gives players complete control over their entire coaching team and custom drafts of players. Axis Games is planning to start as eSports league in 2020 and this partnership could have been signed at a better time.
Anzu co-founder and CEO Itamar Benedy commented on the new partnership:
We are delighted to expand our relationship with Axis Games, and it’s coming at a great time as they prepare to launch and stream their eSports league. As game developers, they continue to show their creativity through innovative game features, and this next step – adding in-game ads to their PC and console football games – will deliver a better user experience for players and those watching the live stream.
Danny Jugan, President of Axis Games, also said:
We are extremely excited about our partnership with Anzu. Their ability to supply relevant and dynamic ad content will add a large amount of life, immersion, and realism to the stadiums in our game.
Anzu’s previous partnerships for in-game advertisements include Takuya Banno, the president of Tozai Games, Lion Castle, Zula, APB Reloaded, Vivid Games, and Toplitz Productions. Anzu.io is also the only in-game ad platform with the highest-level security audit ISO 27001 certification.
