Below we have detailed how to complete The Bizarre quest in the game.

How to Complete

The first thing you have to do is to talk to Ananda Rabindranath and then get the Fancy Suit using the Kick Ass 6 ability skill. With the information you get to enter The Bizarre, you will find that there are two ways you can break in this stronghold.

The two methods to enter the Bizarre include getting an entrance pass, or have someone help you get inside. If you want the latter, you need to go to Paris Handler and complete the red dye quest for the Handler. Head back to Ananda where you will get a quest to save the residents of The Bizarre. Complete the quest will allow you to talk to The Great Gurn and information about the Red Locker Key.

The main part of the quest is to rescue the refugees in this stronghold. Your next step is to go to the Paris Handler, where she will help you enter The Bizarre after you make the Red Dye for her. Once you get inside, you have to fight the enemies here until you clear out everyone and get the key to unlock the door holding the refuges captive. Your next step is to follow Ananda who will take you to Pareidolia Jones. This new character will help escort the refugees to safety, effectively completing this quest.
