Below we have detailed how to tame boars in the game.

How to Tame Boars

The first thing you need to do is to get a find a boar and get its attention. Once it follows after you to attack you, make sure you have a way of trapping it inside a fenced area so that you can tame it. This is because taming takes some time for the animal to trust you.

When the boar follows you, you can equip a roundpole fence and build around it to trap it inside. This ensures that the boar does not flee whenever it is frightened by you. The next step is to begin the taming process, once you have the board trapped inside the fenced area. Toss in any type of food whether it is carrots, berries, or mushrooms, and stay as far away as you can to calm the boar down and eat the food.

Every food item will increase the taming percentage of the boar over time. Keep feeding the boar until you see the green hearts floating from up from the animal, indicating that it is happy. Once completely tamed, you can increase the size of the fenced area to accommodate more boards inside a large area.

Breeding boars is pretty simple, and all it requires you to do is to have enough boars inside a large fenced area while feeding them over time. Eventually, you will see more boars being reproduced, hence increasing their numbers.
