Unlocking Fast Travel in Tribes of Midgard
Lucky for you, there are various ways by which you can fast travel in the Tribes of Midgard if you want to reach a certain location quickly. Fast Travel is unlocked right from the start of the game, and you do not have to do anything special in order to unlock fast travel in the game. If you press the ‘T’ button or ‘R3’ on your controller, you will be able to use a Rune which allows you to teleport quickly back to the Shrine located in your village.
This method of fast travel is only possible between any place of the world and back to the Shrine in your village. This is a one-way method, and you cannot travel to that location again from the shrine using the Rune. Apart from the Shrine located in your village, there are plenty of shrines located throughout the world as well.
Once you reach and activate these shrines, you can use them to teleport quickly to other shrines located on other locations on the map. Both shrines must be discovered first so this method requires time and progression. Not all shrines are marked on your map right from the start of the game. However, if you manage to reach a shrine, it is activated and you can use it to fast travel to any of the previously discovered shrines on the map.
