Check out the trailer of Guardians of Hyelore below:

Guardians of Hyelore is an action-packed unit recruitment game pitting your units and strategies against an onslaught of enemies. Hire units, improve your troops, earn achievements, and spawn your Guardian to fight 150+ unique enemies in this exciting take on the army-spawning action genre.

The story of the game features the realm of Hyelore which is overrun by invaders. When all had seemed lost, a brave army rode to defend the realm. Swearing to free the land of those that would despoil it, this Warband of heroes now travels far and wide, protecting the people from the forces of evil.

Players will get to battle by first recruiting a fighting force of knights, archers, mages, and other champions. Slice through the wave of enemies in a tug-of-war to bring the enemy keeps down, and strategically deploy your units to the front lines.

Ivan Babona-Pilipos, Founder, Megaglope Studios had this to say,

Guardians of Hyelore is a dynamic fusion of action and strategy where generals must balance recruiting, upgrading, and commanding troops. Managing to overcome the odds and push deep into enemy territory is such a joy  and I couldn’t be more proud to share the experience with everyone when we release it on PC next month.
