Strictly Limited Games has announced that it is teaming up with Natsume Inc. to release physically the iconic gunslinging franchise Wild Guns. Pre-orders for the physical release of Wild Guns slated for PS4, Nintendo Switch, and SNES are going live soon. Yes, you heard that right. Strictly Limited Games is releasing a physical cartridge with both Wild Guns and Wild Guns 2 Reloaded in a stylish pack for the original SNES console.
While the whole release is limited, the SNES release is extremely limited. Wild Guns will release as boxed Limited Edition and Collector’s Edition for both Nintendo Switch and PS4. The SNES release will please all retro enthusiasts out there. If you are unaware of the classic fast-paced arcade shooter Wild Guns, it mixes the Wild West with futuristic yet retro steampunk. Fans of classic shooters will really like this title.
In Wild Guns, you play as Clint of Annie and jump, dive, and roll to kill your enemies along with avoiding the incoming barrage of bullets. You can also play the game as a co-op experience with your friend. The game offers a large variety of guns, grenade launchers, shotguns, and bombs to choose from and defeat your enemies and take on various bosses in different stages. All of the stages are developed in a visually outstanding and detailed design.

While the original game only allowed co-op for two players, the remastered version of Wild Guns Reloaded brings two additional characters and you can play four-player co-op as well. You will be able to get your hands on Wild Guns Reloaded in the form of a Limited Edition or the Collector’s Edition. Pre-orders will go live on October 3, 2021, officially on Strictly Limited Games’ website.

The Wild Guns Reloaded Collector’s Edition will set you back for €99.99 and it is limited to 1500 copies for Nintendo Switch and 700 copies for PS4. The Collector’s Edition comes with the following goodies:

The SNES version will set you back for €49.99 and the NTSC version is limited to 1300 copies while the PAL region release is only getting 700 copies.
